Is the Hero Hub hard to install?

Absolutely not! The Hero Hub was designed with simple installation in mind, Check out our YouTube video (COMING SOON) for a quick installation walk through.

Question 3:

Can I store my weight equipment on the Hero Hub?

The Hero Hub was designed with the lighter equipment and accessories in mind and it is not recommended to place or hang heavy weight on it.

Question 4:

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the Hero Hub is well packaged and secure to return. It is for this reason we recommend hanging on to the box your Hero Hub was shipped in as it is the best at protecting the product. You (the buyer) are responsible for damages due to poor packaging.

Do you offer a warranty?

Hero Endurance LLC will warranty it's products for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product/s please contact us at heroendurance@outlook.com and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
